Delivery

For your convenience, we present the following options for the delivery of goods:

  • Home delivery via DPD couriers (all over Lithuania, except the Curonian Spit).
  • Delivery to OMNIVA post machine.
  • Delivery to the self-service terminal of LP EXPRESS 24 parcels.
  • Delivery to the Lithuanian post office.

HOME DELIVERY (3.00 EUR) – this is the most popular delivery method, when the parcel is delivered to your specified address by a courier after contacting the specified phone number. You simply order and wait for the goods to be delivered to your door. Couriers deliver parcels on working days. You will receive the package within 1-3 days after payment.

DELIVERY TO OMNIVA MAIL MACHINE (EUR 2.50) – Omniva self-service parcel terminals are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All Omniva postal machines are installed outside, so you can pick up parcels at any time of the day. The shipment is delivered to the terminal within 1-3 days after payment. After delivering the package to the post machine, the recipient immediately receives an SMS notification about the package that has arrived, which also indicates the date by which the package can be collected. Parcels are kept in the post machine for 7 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the parcel to the post machine. The maximum weight of the shipment is 30 kg.

After receiving an SMS message from Omniva with a six-digit door opening (parcel collection) code, go to the indicated post office. In the main menu of the touch screen, select “Collect package” and enter the code received by SMS. After confirming the code, the section of the post machine where the package intended for you is placed will automatically open.

DELIVERY TO LP EXPRESS 24 PARCEL SELF-SERVICE TERMINAL (2.50 EUR). The advantage of this method is that after the shipment is delivered to the terminal, you can pick it up at a time convenient for you, as the terminals are open 24 hours a day. per day on all days. The shipment will be delivered to the terminal within 1-3 days after payment. Immediately after the shipment is delivered to the LP EXPRESS terminal, the recipient is informed by SMS and/or e-mail. The message indicates the LP EXPRESS terminal, which contains the package for the recipient and two unique PIN codes. With a message with two PIN codes, the recipient must select “Collect Parcel” at the LP EXPRESS terminal. The door of the recipient’s box is opened after entering the PIN codes one after the other on the touch screen of the terminal. The package must be collected from the terminal within a period of no longer than 72 (seventy-two) hours, counting from the moment of delivery to the terminal. The maximum weight of the shipment is 30 kg.

Detailed action plan for picking up a package from a self-service terminal:

  1. You will receive information about the delivered shipment via SMS and/or e-mail.
  2. Keep this information safe as it is the key to the box that contains your package.
  3. Come at a time convenient for you – LP EXPRESS is open 24 hours a day. per day.
  4. Touch the terminal screen.
  5. Select “Receive shipment” on the screen.
  6. Enter both PINs you received.
  7. When the door opens automatically, pick up your package.
  8. Don’t forget to close the door.

DELIVERY TO LITHUANIA POST OFFICES (2.50 EUR). This is the slowest shipping method, so we always recommend other options because they are faster and more convenient. However, if you absolutely need delivery to a post office, then you can choose one of the 700 post offices throughout Lithuania. The package will reach any Lithuanian post office within 3-4 working days after sending. Shipment weight up to 10 kg. The package must be collected from the post office within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the day of receiving the package at the post office. Delivery to the post office is informed by a paper notification to your mailbox.

Attention: parcels by post can only be collected by the recipient specified in the order information. When picking up the goods, it is necessary to have a valid document confirming personal identity with you (identity card, passport or new model driver’s license).
