Description

Liquid polyurethane resin ENGINEERING COMPOUND PU-75

PU-75 liquid polyurethane resin is intended for the production of durable models. This resin mixture cures at room temperature with minimal (>0.1%) shrinkage. Hardened plastic is highly resistant to mechanical impact, moisture, solvents and most acids. Plastic can be processed, primed and painted. When working mechanically with PU-75 plastic, a covered face mask is absolutely necessary. Unpainted plastic may turn light yellow when exposed to direct sunlight. Due to its excellent properties, plastic is suitable for the production of models, prototypes, details, medium-sized sculptures and decorative jewelry for various purposes.

Advantages of hard plastic ENGINEERING COMPOUND PU-75:

  • Stable retention of dimensions;
  • Very low shrinkage (>0.1%);
  • Resistant to mechanical impact;
  • Moisture resistant;
  • Resistant to solvents and most acids;
  • UV resistant.

ENGINEERING COMPOUND PU-75 mixing:

Mix components A and B in a clean and dry container in equal parts (1A:1B by volume or weight). Mix carefully for about 3 minutes and make sure that both components are well mixed – pay attention to the side walls and bottom of the mixing container. To avoid air bubbles, place the well-mixed mixture in a vacuum chamber.

ENGINEERING COMPOUND PU-75 package:

  • PU-75 part A – 1 kg;
  • PU-75 part B – 1 kg.
